Paid via Paypal, filed a chargeback and waiting for his response.

Any idea? Any help? I am getting scammed for the first, maybe it's just a start!

My advice:

Call paypal and tell your side of story. Tell them its important for u to have your money back and seller is not at all helpful. They wil usually side with buyer.
