My laptop won't let it save with the *.* all files option. Can someone make a good mirror and provide a new link?

Thank you for this great Share!!!!
Thanks for sharing with the community. Need to check out how valid this is as Luther has a dubious reputation for some of his products.
Nice share. Reps up! Can anyone share the OTO?
Firstly - reps to OP for posting and john010 for the mirror.
Next - can someone explains these (Google Posts) a little better?
I get that they show up on the business's Google MyBusiness (GMB) listing. I also get that they show up in google search when you're searching for the name of the business (e.g. - a Google Post for Pat's Dentistry will show up in google search results when you search "Pat's Dentistry").
But what about when you're simply searching for the niche in a location? Meaning, instead of searching "Pat's Dentistry", you search "dentist knoxville tn". Does it show up then?
I see a couple examples like that in the ad copy - one for engagement rings and one for a comic book store. However, when replicating the engagement ring search in an incognito window of chrome, no Google Posts show up. And when replicating the comic book store search, then entire GMB listing is on the right side of the screen.
I don't currently work with any local clients and am considering trying this as a sort of side-hustle, only offering this service...ESPECIALLY if the posts show up in niche + location results (e.g. - "dentist knoxville tn") as that should be a relatively easy sell.
I'm just not sure if that's how it works. I did a bunch of random incognito searches for various niches and locations...not a single Google Post showed up in regular search results.
Can anyone shed any light?
According to this site:

they won't show for niche + location searches...
7. How will people see my Posts?
When a user searches for your business by name, your Posts will be visible in the Knowledge Panel – right underneath the location and contact information for your business. On mobile devices, your Posts are even more prominently displayed.
If a user was searching for a business with the products or services you provide, but not you specifically, your Posts can also be seen within Google’s Local Finder when a user clicks on your business for more details.
Yeah, I saw that article when I was searching for the answer earlier.
I just noticed that Luther had two niche + location examples on his sales page and since the article was from last June or July (don't remember which), I wasn't sure if things had changed since then. But then again, I've not been able to replicate a niche + location search example, either.
However, it looks like Luther may have duped us yet again...or at least put something out there that wasn't true.
If you do an incognito search for "dress shop miami", you'll see no google posts in the SERP via mobile or desktop. However, the 3rd listed company - a&be bridal - uses Google Posts.
