I don't share often, but do give reps to others when I can. Thanks for the comment. Sending you some reps back. :-)
Worthless piece of information :(

Yes - that's one thing that really bugs me too. No-one likes it when a sharer is screaming for reps or makes you jump through hoops to get the download, but it takes very little to show your appreciation to those who seem to genuinely want to help others.

My Review
This is a 71 page pdf that covers selling websites on Flippa. So far so good. It's clearly written and it deals with the key elements of a flipping process:
- Choice of website type using Flippa information
- How to choose a good domain
- Website building using automated plugins
- Listing on Flippa
- Selling and transfer

So the basics are covered. BUT - jeez - how often does this happen? - it fails to live up to its hype. "You are guaranteed that your website will sell 100% of the time"

Nope - not even close. While the principles outlined in the report are sound they are also basic and cannot guarantee sales 100% of the time. (At least not in any sensible timeframe.) The main reason is that websites sell on Flippa if they are making money - and this report does not cover how to demonstrate revenue. And it can't, because new sites don't have any.

No revenue = No compelling reason to buy.

A second reason to buy is if the site has lots of traffic - and again, if it's new, it won't have any - unless you've bought worthless traffic to hype the stats. But Flippa buyers are not stupid...

All that's not to say this will never work, because evidently new sites are sold on Flippa every day, but if you want to adopt this model, then be aware that your success rate will not be 100% as promised in the hype.

Gets 3 stars for good basic information but drops 2 stars for hyped up claims.

(One day, someone will write a WSO that speaks truthfully - but I expect it won't sell...)
thank you for sharing

Thanks OP for the share and max rep added. I also flip websites and though Flippa model is not so good these days, I have seen many guys selling automated websites on fiverr for $100 to $200 and they are getting sales.

AWESOME BRO!

You got my rep for this valuable comment!

regard!
No Unique content, No Traffic, No sales !! Still 100% sales of websites.
If you need traffic, buy bot traffic from fiverr!! Excellent solution!!
Basically you are scamming a newbie with worthless websites!!
If someone buys your website they will struggle to get traffic from social media.
The website will never rank high on search engines due to duplicate content.
Bad for long term business.
I suggest sell REAL websites for good reputation on flippa
Agree with previous reviews, this is the same as Ivana Bosics course. Look for whats already sold on flippa and then build an auto blog around the same subject.

Nobody and absolutely nobody can guarantee a starter site will sell.

Flippa has gotten worse and most are not willing to spend more than $70 per starter site, this will be exceptions of course if you get lucky.

The course recommends plugins costing around $80, as soon as you add listing and domain fees etc your site has to sell for at least $130 to make a meager profit.

Having to sell a starter site for over $130 on flippa to make a decent profit is going to be extremely difficult especially if you plan to do it over and over again.

Avoid this.

Thanks for sharing that -so, yes, there is a possibility that an automated site will sell, but I take issue with the 100% guarantee. You only need a few sites not to sell for you to have to make some decent money to get out of the hole.
