My Review
This is a 71 page pdf that covers selling websites on Flippa. So far so good. It's clearly written and it deals with the key elements of a flipping process:
- Choice of website type using Flippa information
- How to choose a good domain
- Website building using automated plugins
- Listing on Flippa
- Selling and transfer
So the basics are covered. BUT - jeez - how often does this happen? - it fails to live up to its hype. "You are guaranteed that your website will sell 100% of the time"
Nope - not even close. While the principles outlined in the report are sound they are also basic and cannot guarantee sales 100% of the time. (At least not in any sensible timeframe.) The main reason is that websites sell on Flippa if they are making money - and this report does not cover how to demonstrate revenue. And it can't, because new sites don't have any.
No revenue = No compelling reason to buy.
A second reason to buy is if the site has lots of traffic - and again, if it's new, it won't have any - unless you've bought worthless traffic to hype the stats. But Flippa buyers are not stupid...
All that's not to say this will never work, because evidently new sites are sold on Flippa every day, but if you want to adopt this model, then be aware that your success rate will not be 100% as promised in the hype.
Gets 3 stars for good basic information but drops 2 stars for hyped up claims.
(One day, someone will write a WSO that speaks truthfully - but I expect it won't sell...)

Thanks OP for the share and max rep added. I also flip websites and though Flippa model is not so good these days, I have seen many guys selling automated websites on fiverr for $100 to $200 and they are getting sales.
