Hi, I have a targeted email list from before and was wondering if can I use that to get sales? I mean some CPA networks have terms for double optin...but I already have a couple of email lists from before so I was looking forward to using it and yes I know...no spamming, no use of word "FREE" where payment is involved... I am aware of email marketing rules.
