Just tell them that your partner is in China and you source your products from there. Almost all things that we have are made in China. Most of them will understand.

Or depend what you want to sell, just order from sites and wait then flipp it on marketplace. Ordered item for £0.58 100 of them, sold all of them in car booth sale for triple the price , I done it like this just to test it. It does work.
It seems something is missing, no actual course pdf or overview?

Ok you are right. Of course it is no problem if something is made in China, I am only a bit concerned about the item location, because this is local selling like Craigslist. If it is listed with item location London and then it is shipped from China maybe some people are not that happy. They thought it comes from London in 1-2 days but then they have to wait for 2 weeks +

Ok this is a good idea but I would not dare to order 100 items. E.g. there are some products like wireless headphones, if you look at the feedback, there are tons of negative ones like did only work once, could not even be turned one once etc.
Also some sellers eg. on Wish offer e.g. a wireless headphone for €2, but if you click the buy button you see this is either only for 1 (!) piece or even only for the box and the 2 pieces with the box are €15
