FINDER'S FEES: THE EASIEST MONEY YOU'LL EVER MAKE
(The Forerunner to Amin's Contract Commander: How to
Make $20,000 A Month Dealing in Agreements and Contracts)
Make $20,000 A Month Dealing in Agreements and Contracts)
Not long ago, there was a Group Buy for Amin's product, How to Make $20,000 A Month Dealing in Agreements and Contracts. Since that GB vanished into thin air, I'd like to share the "course" that first introduced the concept of finder's fees or (as it's called today) contract management.
First, let me assure you (and the Forum Moderators) that this share has NOTHING to do with B-H access to Amin's product whatsoever. I only reference the title so that the many people here who wanted it could make the association and download this product instead. I also include a link to Amin's sales page, in the event someone gets excited about this J.F. Straw share and wants to invest in Amin's product, to possibly upgrade their knowledge about dealing in contracts.
FINDERS FEES: The Easiest Money You'll Ever Make is a quick-reading (75-pages) fun, informative and very interesting e-book by the late, great Jim F. (or J.F.) Straw.
In a YouTube video I will soon direct you to, J.F. Straw says that many of the people who came after him with products about finder's fees or contract deals did so only after buying and learning from his course. And many of them have never made a deal themselves ... preferring to take the easy way out and profit from what they learned from him!
So before investing in any course, do your due diligence as best you can.
ABOUT THE COURSE
*****
You can make YOUR fortune ...
...without "selling" anything.
...without starting a business of your own.
...without leaving your present job.
...without trying to expand any business you currently operate.
...in your spare time.
...from your own home or office!
Do you know anyone who "sells" anything...like this?
• Heavy industrial equipment?
• Novelties?
• Closeouts?
• Fashion clothing?
• Oil field equipment?
• Household appliances?
• Surplus merchandise?
You can make a real fortune by just "introducing" buyers to people with something to sell.

Now, if you're still interested in Amin's product, you can go have a look at the link to his sales page below. It's fairly expensive and could be a very comprehensive product deserving of that price tag. Consider that Amin's update will introduce new technology that Straw's couldn't (for the time) that would make these dealings much easier. Then consider your budget. If you can afford it, it might be worth the buy. I understand the content is inside a membership area and your purchase includes access to him for limited consultation.
I am in no way affiliated with Amin but the sales page is very intriguing. If the membership content is half as good as the sales copy, then this (even at the going price) is a steal. That's only my opinion.
In the meantime, get your feet whet with J.F. Straw's authoritative course then decide if you want to delve deeper and look into this interesting business (where competition is still low because most people try to do it in a half-ass manner leaving only the professional few. This is also a business where you can make decent money by dealing in contracts with smaller, local suppliers if you choose not to expand into national or even global contract management.
Straw wrote this book in 2006. While his fundamental instructions will hold true in 2018, there will have been some changes over the 12 year gap ... in technology, if not much else. That is why I am placing Amin's product sales page here if you decide to really get into this business deeper.
The only "problem" I find with this book is that J.F. Straw wrote for his times. He's old-school. It shows in his writing style and language. He refers to his Daddy's sage advice he took as a young man and sends us to find everything we need to know in the "card catalog" of our local library.
Most people on this forum may need to ask "What's a card catalog?"
Anyway, I hope that this e-book will give you deeper insight into how contract management works and how successful arrangements or deals can end in finder's fees. Often, very lucrative ones.
Here are just a few of the things you will learn in J.F. Straw's Finder's Fees: The Easiest Money You'll Ever Make:

Read about "finders" who achieved results like these:
1. He earned two finder's fees on the same transaction!
2. How one finder's fee of 25 cents per barrel translated to a handsome $75,000 a month ... for 5 years!
3. How another finder makes "staggering" fees each year just finding suitable locations for fast food franchises!
4. How ordinary people are cashing big finder's fees --- just by brining together buyer and seller in deals for everything from media ad buys, machinery and equipment, closeouts/distressed merchandise, and much more!
5. An absentee owner of a coin-operated laundramat was matched with a property management firm, and the finder profited substantially!
If a product can be bought or sold, there is great potential for YOU to be the person who manages the deal (bringing buyer and seller together) and earn a very nice percentage of the proceeds!
The course then closes with The Ten Commandments of Finding - simple guidelines and professional reminders for contract management success.
LAYNA'S NOTE: To bring you up to date, you can Google "finders fee agreement" to familiarize yourself with the language and terms of a standard contract agreement. I found one and include it (in MS Word format so you can make any changes for your needs) in the download.

The link is simply a courtesy so you can read the sales page and decide if you want to invest in a product that could possibly update Jim Straw's e-book course. You decide.
Please do not ask for a GB for Amin's course. While I wasn't involved, I understand it was shut down by the product owner. If you want this, you will have to buy it. The content (video training and PDFs) is on a membership platform and the price includes limited access to Amin or staff for guidance/consultation to get you started.
