That is how I am going to answer people from now on who post one-sentence posts that give me no idea of what they're doing or using to open any files.
On April 13, 2018 shawn21 was kind enough to confirm that everything worked for him. I am not sure whether that is still the case (maybe something about the file changed shortly afterwards). He even posted helpful tips for people unable to get the share. So now I have two people saying something doesn't work. One of them even leaves me instructions on how to deliver the product so he can get it; yet he said nothing about why he was unable to open the file or what (if any) error messages he got.
I provided the link where anyone who wants it can download the program; I am not uploading any files and using my storage to house them.
If a video loader or other program doesn't work, there is nothing I can do. This is not my product or my files.
If anyone else is having problems, then they need to post to say what they're doing/using and maybe someone will come along who can help them.
I cannot provide anything more than I already have.
If enough people experience issues with this share, I will ask the Moderators to remove it completely.
I also need to acknowledge Premfort1's helpful comment. Keep in mind that you are downloading from a Persian (Iranian) download site and you need to be sure the file is clean by keeping your anti-virus running and scan the file locally. It also helps to open the archived file and look for any executables and scan those independently of the other files. I would never intentionally direct you to a file that is knowingly malignant but sometimes, the bad stuff is buried deep within the zipped files.
Besides using .7zip to open the files; I cannot provide much help beyond that. If some component of the share is not working (video player, etc.) then everybody should be experiencing this issue because it is definitely with the file download.

I just came back to this thread because I've gotten quite a few REPs with kind comments. Good to know everything still seems to be working okay.
