1) Fill out the new members form
2) Make up a receipt number for form like using an old jvzoo reciept and change some numbers (It works I just tried it)

Did you set up your account BEFORE or after my post? If before, the developer hasn't deleted the already authorized accounts but isn't authorizing new ones without a correct receipt.
