Note from Nancy: I almost rejected this particular book as it was written by the head of what some people might believe is a "cult". I tend to steer clear of those sorts of things (I have come across a book written by this same author a couple of times called "The Brainwashing Manual". lol) but the reviews on it were good, even from those who say they are not nor will they ever be interested in Scientology.
