Eat Smart Move More is based on the 15-day adult weight management program, Eat Smart Move More Weigh Less.

There are locations all over the USA and each has, as its mission, to lead a unified movement to make healthy choices easier choices.

Another quickie open directory search yielded these decadently scrumptious recipes that (I'm led to believe) are associated with the Eat Smart Move More program because the site is aptly named the same.

All documents are PDFs but near the end of the list, a few files show as image files (a full-page recipe).
