You don't need this, almost all of it is copied from his CPA Cruise Control product -
the DFY campaigns OTO, Advanced Training OTO, all from CPA Cruise Control.
btw, his "Triple Layer" hype just means:
1. Direct link from bing ads to offer
or
2. Bing Ads to Landing page and then to offer
or
3. Bing Ads to Landing page, Grab emails, and then to offer
