@All: You can get the book requested on this thread as well as the bonuses from cyrusgreat's post #8. I guess I was posting at the same time and our shares crossed. I can't delete my post (but I will edit it) so if anyone wants to take a look into The Final Frontier course, that link will stay up but it is a premium link and the course is humongous in size.
