Correct me if this is wrong, but this looks like the "Social Ninja" script (shared here in 2016/2017) and installed on this SociEnigma website.

I would install the script on my own website and use it for my own accounts...not sure I would trust my social accounts to these guys at socienigma.com. They're not even using SSL (https://) on their domain.
