it depends on the service you choose and the proxies you have
if you have very good proxies you can use the same ones in all services
and there will be no failures in creation
if you have poor quality proxies and have already been used or are blacklisted
inside the service you will take much longer to create accounts
because you will have many failures

it depends on how many accounts you have to send e-mail
however you can send from 20 to 25 emails at a time
in bcc way
then it depends if you want to attack a file or an image it will take a few seconds more
or you want to send only text it will take a few seconds less
so if you work in multithread and enough

Full disclosure: I don't know the seller and I paid for the product.
I've been using this suite of bots for a couple of months now and have excellent results. You can spam the s**t out of anything and the only downside is a couple of hours creating accounts.
I send a LOT of email, 99% black-hat. I have several SMTP servers, dozens of accounts with service suppliers. I know what I'm doing and I make good money from it which is why I buy stuff instead of hounding BSOs for free reviews.
The seller gives you everything you need to get into the mass email business with minimum cost. A little bit of setup work and you can be sending 100's of emails a day. It takes a bit of time to setup the list splitting but if you don't want to do any work at all, try the lottery.
Bottom line: for some offers, clean email just won't work. You have to be spammy otherwise nobody will convert on the offer. Think about it for a minute: What would you click "make money today!" or "maybe make some potential profit".
No brainer. Some offers need to be spammy as hell to convert and for those, Sharkwhite ticks all the boxes.
