This seems to be a VSL (Video Sales Letter) for his mentoring,
"Insane Productivity,"
so, anyone that paid for this program basically paid for a few tid-bits of info and his self promotion of his mentoring program...
It seems to have some value, at least, so I don't think it is a complete waste of time and energy watching.

This was a free program.
This is like "move the free line" method
taught by Eben pagan.
Darren gives some valuable stuff for free in this
series-if used will increase your productivity
considerably.
But some other stuff is only available in his
most valuable course "Insane Productivity".
Like you said this is like a VSL for his Insane Productivity
