Thanks for the share. This is a good book to read (I know as I have read it already and have been using it for the last couple months).

Combine this with stuff from Jeb Blount and Anthony Innarino and you are a sales machine ready to smack down all your competition.

Nice to have the PDF version as it makes it more portable than the paper version I had until this baby showed up here!
