Is everybody okay? I need to know if mystik2 and internetter (and anyone else) are still having issues. Please report if you are. Omganesh provided a Zippy mirror and I have already advised you to use 7zip if you are getting issues unzipping the file. I also provided both Zippy and Ge.tt links in an effort to accommodate everyone.
For the record, I just downloaded the file (from my own Zippy link in Post #1) to my desktop and double-clicked it. No problem whatsoever. All 3 PDF files were exposed.
So, please let me know if you're still having problems by posting here or (better still) sending me a PM. I want nothing but happy downloaders!

I'm fairly sure that ge.tt link will last a little while but that zippy link may quit soon. Can someone provide a mirror of the 3 e-books to keep this going a little longer? If you do, please send me a PM so I can add +5 reps and acknowledge you on the thread.
@Anybody: Can someone provide a mirror link for this share? My main computer is on the brink and I will not be able to re-up any of my shares until it is fixed. I am on my secondary computer and, unfortunately, many of my shares were on that main PC, not an external drive.
Here's a mirror. I'm starting to use Ge.tt now because Mega just slashed the max limit on free account to 15 gigs :( But ge.tt looks good for smaller files. So here you go:
