29, 35-47, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79.

Got 54 issues in total, as follows:
1 to 28
30 to 34 (Though 33 seems to be corrupt now, for some reason best known to itself. I'm sure it never used to be. Did it?).
48 to 67
Meets some of your request, 48, 49, 50, 51, 63 and 64. Maybe someone will share the rest with us?

Anyway here's all I have. it's a rar file weighing in at 299.4MB

I have Issue 33 April 2014 that seems to be working.

Can someone PLEASE upload these again? The zippyshare link is down. Ben Settle is a marketing genius; it would be a shame if this material stays unavailable to members of this community.
