Hafizzat, your reply is rather inconsiderate to me, the thread starter, since it is merely repeating so many of the links posted in the OP - but with less detail.
My latest reply here was made carefully to add new ones without repeating - and it would be very decent of you to do the same, rather than what looks more like a thread hijacking attempt.
