It took me almost an hour to figure this out.

If I am not mistaken, the OTO download page has a zip file that includes BOTH the WSO and OTO. Therefore, although the 1st link is outdated, the 2nd link is still working! However, it seems all the mirrors are dead.

Someone please mirror the 2nd link! Thanks to all! This looks like a good course into the mindset of the amazon customer.
