how can you use a software to make a link and call it white hat?
you do realize the meaning of "white hat" or you just want to be stupid?
try scrapebox, you can manually comment to blog post
Finally, Manual way is decent for white hat technique.
Hello Kingme, It is very easy to find blogs matching your keyword and are open for comments. Just search Google for "footprints for finding blogs open for comments".
And if you still want a software, go for "G-Lock Blog Finder" or "Fast Blog Finder". I am not affiliated to this software tool.
