The SRDS direct mail book is emphasized in this book. Is this still a thing for 2022-2023? If not, what’s currently the new “SRDS”? What’s the goto source for consumer lists?

@md1984: I did a little look-up and Standard Rate and Data Service (SRDS) is still alive-and-well in 2022.

From what I can tell in the very limited time I had:

- SRDS still exists
- It is primarily an online service (meaning everything from signing up to list purchase to delivery is done digitally)
- It is a premium (paid) service
- It works like this: You analyze and look for lists that meet the target audience you want

But to answer your question, yes, SRDS is still in operation. It's pretty expensive and you pay for one year access to their services.

They have tons and tons of good lists on all topics, very precise demographics, buying histories, amounts spent, etc.

You can spend hours on that site before you know it!
