If you are using cPanel hosting, just activate your Let's Encrypt (it's free)...

direct access url is changed redirect to sales page anyone reup method.

When people read the instructions for a program or product they usually find the answer they have there.

Cloudflare that everyone seems to be putting down works on the domain level, not the individual site level.

Whatever you have under the domain name that you are using whether Wordpress or HTML is covered by Cloudflare.

I currently have 10 HTML sites up under 10 different domain names with individual sites within each and they all have SSL coverage with Cloudflare, nothing else needed or required.

12days just saying.
