Earlier version of the software has been published in this section... way back in 2014.

Features:
* Sumatra PDF is a free PDF, eBook (ePub, Mobi), XPS, DjVu, CHM, Comic Book (CBZ and CBR) reader for Windows.
* Sumatra PDF is powerful, small, portable and starts up very fast.
* Simplicity of the user interface has a high priority.
My review of the software:
+ Free!
+ Small, fast, simple and easy to use.
+ Opens more file formats than you can shake a stick at.
+ Developers have themselves released portable version.
+ Works from Win XP to Win 10.
+ Source code is available in case you wish to poke around!
+ Reduce system clutter (no need of separate apps for viewing each file type) Has replaced Acrobat, Mobi Reader, EPUB Reader and Djvu Viewer on my system.
+ Has been able to open files which others apps haven't been able to. Many times I would have Acrobat crash or issue error messages when opening files, but SumatraPDF has been able to open them without any fuss.
- Has some issues when opening Azw, Azw3 - links do not work, some images do not display, bunch of metadata displayed at the end of the file. etc.
- Cannot open DRMed files.
- Windows only (should work on Linux using WINE).
