Sounds like an interesting and unusual combination for making money...
And thank you to reman5 for the upgrade link in post #4 (it shows that the 1st 5 videos are missing, but they actually are not missing, they are simply out of order, and are listed at the bottom of the page when you scroll down under the 6th video position)...
