This is exactly the same cr.@p which is regularly sold to complete n0obs by master scammer John Thornhill - he used to work in construction on building site until he learned to sell timeshare ('high pressure' sales skills)
Thornhill and his mates prey on 'get rich quick' mugs - they sucker you in with a cheap presentation/product and then upsell you until you have no money left.
Does John Thornhill make money? Probably. Is he remotely ethical? No.
Personally, I prefer to be ethical and make a bit less. But at least I can sleep at night.
