It doesn't tell you what software to use yourself, just after the research find a programmer and pay him/her to do the plugin with your idea.
A bit of shame that there isn't full explanation how you can do it yourself instead of hiring programmer for $1000

Hire a programmer? Paying him to steal your idea so he can make the money with it... Sounds as Fiverr tactics... I hired a programmer on fiver from Pakistan to create a software. He created the basic functions. Then I hired him again to ad a few more functions as he did as wel. Thirth time I hired him for finisching the design, adding backgroundimages text and colours! I never heard from him again, not responding to email etc. I had to claim my money back what I received (last order only) automaticly because he didn't respond anymore. I guess with the last order he understood the whole picture and that my intension was to gonna sell the software commercialy...
