I found a scanned copy. It isn't great quality but it seems perfectly readable.

I did the search and didn't find anything useful on the first page results but things begin to look promising starting on page 2.

You can see the blue text link turned purple, so I did click it to go to the Google Drive site but once I got there, this was only a 2-page document with links on one page. And my antivirus program issued a warning to exit out of it due to the suspicious nature.
I just wanted to share what I found with you. Although I have no links I was thinking that maybe you could play around with the keywords and take this search to the next level.
For example, when I tried the keywords Kevin Trudeau GIN downloads, the results seemed more relevant:

Or, here's a link where something of this nature was shared a while ago but in the post, it is referred to as General Information Network.
