Almost everything we do involves the spine and our joints. A large percentage of the world's population suffer from back and joint pain for one reason or another. A great deal of the pain can be relieved through exercise. Strengthening and stretching the right muscles and isolating the right group of muscles, along with maintaining good posture, is extremely important for pain relief.
