“The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book,
waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.”
― Melody Beattie
Print out and use the lined space to write out any intentions you want to set for the month ahead. Keep your intentions/goals inside your journal/planner or place them somewhere you will see them often, such as on a memo board, on the fridge door, near the coffee or on your desk, etc.
Then at the end of each month take a few moments to fill in the simple end of month review at the bottom of the page:
Highlight of the month – What was your fondest memory of the month? Be it an event or a single moment that brought you joy.
I am proud of myself for… – What did you accomplish or overcome this month that made you give yourself a pat on the back? Big or small, a win is a win.
Lesson of the month – What was it that you learnt this month from the school of Life?
