i have been having problems opening some
Rar files i downloaded.
I always get the Message:
"Can not Open File"
please anyone kind enough help me out here
please???
I have a few courses i want to study that is giving
me this problem.

You should try to use 7-Zip, I think it's a free download. Never had a problem with it.

I am currently using 7-Zip...
i have tried and tried using 7-Zip but same problem.
Maybe your version of 7-zip is outdated, try a new version.
what is the size of rar file, can you upload that somewhere so someone may look into it

could be password protected... maybe?
Sometimes it won't work because the zipped file some how became corrupted. If possible download file again.Try using a different browser when downloading if problem persists.

Try opening compressed file on your desktop. Do not create a new folder for it. If successful then copy all content to new folder on drive. Good luck.
Go to the firewall, allow 7-Zip internet access..maybe this will work..
