Your hosts file is not blocking the requests back to their server.

Did you run the "Filmora Host Modifier.bat" file successfully?

Check your hosts file and make sure the following is there:

0.0.0.0     cbs.wondershare.com
0.0.0.0     platform.wondershare.com
0.0.0.0     support.wondershare.net
0.0.0.0     was.wondershare.com
0.0.0.0     www.wondershare.net

If not reread and follow the instructions.

When I try to do Step 4 in the installation instructions I am unable to Register because it appears to be registered already to xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com. Won't allow me to change the email or serial number
