I am having the same issues.

1) Can no longer log into my account
2) Seller has ignored all attempts at contacting them on BBHF and on Skype.

Not supporting their BSO product at all!

is it still valid?

Crickets...This Seller is not responding publically or privately yet it looks like he/she is still coming to this site daily.

Any acknowledgment from this seller would be nice!

I sincerely apologize, no explanation will fix the issue, I will start replacing all suspended accounts. I have over 1000 edu mails sold out and all got suspended from an error from me, so you could imagine how many emails and pm I would receive not only from bbhf, but from other top forums, skype, discord, email. I couldn't handle the inflow of complain emails, but now I am back and replacing gradually, I hope I get to replace all. I will reply to all PMs soon.
