Be aware that a lot of reviews suggest this book is relatively poor. It contains the same method as his earlier book "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" but was rewritten to pump up Mr. Carr's ego and also make him sound "less sexist". If you want the shorter, better book, "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" get it here:

The Carr method never worked for me. It is a little delusional mind trick that some people can do, and some very critical people (like me) can't.
