I paid somebody on fiverr I think $80 and he set up my own private email server using MTA and interspire mailer. It works great and I can send about million emails in about 2 hours. It's about $80 a month to keep using it and other than the domain cost it's very effective but you really need to get people to optin and not just upload list and spam people with offers. umarirshad999 was the fiverr userame who did the work for me. But last I checked he had no gigs listed He did excellent work. I just bought the gig last month too Just search fiverr for bulk email server set up and use your best judgement.
