Old age, its cause and prevention: the story of an old body and face made young

This book details the exercise program by Sanford Bennett to restore his body to back to its youthful health. This program exercises almost every muscle in the body. The author went from a sickly and flabby man in his 50's to having the body of a very fit 30 yeal old athlete at 66. The result of his exercise program: he looked much younger than his age and didn't have arteriosclerosis even though he didn't adhere to any type of dietary plan.
Even at 72 he still looked very young and was very fit. The full program of about 30 exercises will take an hour, consisting mainly of body resistance exercises, (with some dumbells/ropes). Even lazy people can do the exercises as they can be done in bed or on a mat. They even exercise the liver and digestive organs (through massage/percussion) which helps a lot with constipation.
Of great interest as an alternative to plastic surgery, the exercises and massaging of the face and neck will turn a haggard wrinkled turkey necked appearance back to youthful firm features of a much younger person.
