I'm currently backpacking in South America till March. Current internet speeds on a good day are 2 mbps, so downloading and creating mirrors would be almost impossible at this time. If someone thinks these courses are worth downloading and creating mirrors that will be great before they block them. If they are still up when I get back to the US with my 300 mbps I will not have any problem creating mirrors for these.

2 - left right click on video --> This frame --> view frame source
new window will pop up
spouse you select resolution for video 360
3 - ctrl + F and search for 360 [select next on search bar based on how many result you find until you find below result]

result will be long url
215581915/744246216.mp4","cdn":"akamai_interconnect","quality":"360p"

you can see in the url [744246216.mp4]
4 - copy the url from .mp4 to back http like below

https://gcs-vimeo.akamaized.net/exp=1518...246216.mp4

paste this url in new window [fast!!] video will appear plat it and right click on it and select save video as and select destination.
thats it.
