The gist of the program seems to be that you make your money by selling and get the work done at fiverr or upwork. He does mention things like emailing and postcards, but most of the content that he actually uses is promised to be in the $47 upsell.
As far as the software goes to make the proposal. It's a good idea, but you can easily take the format and make a Word or pdf master copy for yourself with your logo and just update it for each client. There is no magic to having that software, but it is a good guide to go by and I am going to make a master copy like that to make sure that the Client and I are in agreement so expectations are set and they don't start adding things and expecting them for free. It's a good idea so that clients don't get unrealistic expectations and think they can just change things whenever they want.
