Some good ideas in this book and it comes right at the start of a new year.

I like the 30 Day Challenge Cycle that the author uses. This fits in perfectly with a program I use with my clients that is 90 Days. Looking at the book, I can see ideas that I can incorporate into my own program, 3 per cycle so they can develop 3 habits in the next 90 Day program.

With an accountability partner/system, this is a very powerful model to making positive change in your life if that is what you are looking for.

Had no idea this book was out in the world, so thanks for finding and bring it to my attention and that of the entire community.

Cheers,

G.S.
