You don't need to block anything, just download and replace the original file. Don't forget backup original just rename it like this - amtlib.dll.backup...That it.
One more question.
When installing Adobe software this way do you create a new Adobe account or do you use your regular one? Will adobe find out you have this and cancel your account?

No, I did not create anything new, I just installed all Trial products from Adobe using Adobe Creative Cloud and after cracked them. I using this method about 4 years. Adobe doesn't care what cracked product do you using, this is just for tutorial purpose. You can not use the cracked product for a commercial!
