I hadn't seen this but it looked interesting so I bought it. Just the basic though.
Didn't get any of the OTO's but sales pages are there to view.
It is a membership area but the core product is the pdf which can be downloaded.
I haven't even looked at it yet, so can't say anything about it being good or bad.

If it is good and you make bank with it, support the author and buy the product.

But what is the username and password ?

Username and password for what? The PDF is uploaded to my MF account.
I forgot to pp it with the forum pw so there should be no password on it.
