Hey :) You can use one of the panels to supply the views. Its a well known tactic on this forum - it seems youtube does not look into it.
If I were you and I needed a monetized account, I would upload a random gameplay of any video game - purchase views, and wait a week. Then apply for monetization, the approval process should be instant.
Since you start this you never get ban using this method of yours?
OP: There have been a bunch of other questions posted here. Please answer them.
And people, please stop with the review copy begging.
