Can anyone share or recommend (an affordable) tool that will scrape the web and show if a website is mobile friendly or not?

I'm looking for local businesses that don't have mobile friendly websites, although that number might be small nowadays, and need a tool that will identify such sites.
One tool that I can recommend for this job is Scrapebox.
The best one I personally use is Scope Lead it has the best options out of any tools I have seen. You can upgrade to more features as your business grows.
