And I've figured out how to do this just by reading the posts on this thread.
Charge $1-$10 and I might buy just to know your steps, but at $70 I can figure it out myself.

Why some one pay $70 when everything is already explained? More over its a hack / trick that may not work the next hour . Its a hassel to get funds , find exchangers , top up fund , pay them exchange fee on the top of service provider charges . Then managing VCC's .... In the end we get trial accounts.
Group buys are much better as you just pay and this all hassle is done by the 1 person arranging GB.
Just my opinion... You may differ.:)
