$1mn by 2020: John McAfee will still ‘eat his own d*ck’ if he’s wrong about Bitcoin

Nice read :)

https://www.rt.com/news/411379-john-mcaf...rediction/

On Skype, one of the buyers commented:
Quote:Guys let me tell you what is happening I am sure there is no surprise if btc go to $5000 But what happens after this? There are Big whales and oceans !! start Pumping btc like anything then at that time your all sad will be end with happy :) Just give yourself some time don't check the btc
More info...
Well, yes... That is THE point! Who cares if the BC (or all the Crypto's for that matter) are a nonsense, you just make money from this craziness while the iron is hot, then get out and you are laughing.

On the other hand, it reminds me a little bit of the situation in the late 90-ties with Search Engines. Anybody still remembers Netscape and AltaVista etc...? They were the first ones, for couple of years they've dominated, until Google came in 2000 (?). And then Firefox and all the other new ones...
- similar was the case with Blackberry and iPad...
= so it seems to me, that very rarely the "trailblazers" are those who will make the most money, so there is still a chance somebody Will actually come with some Simple Online World Money solution

Z

P.S.
Funny thing is that in my (birth) language the word "crypto" means something "pseudo" = not Real/True
Ok...here are a few questions. What how are they going to force Russia,China,Venezuela,NK,India, etc to use crypto-currency?

So why would these governments abandon their power for the NWO?What's in it for them?Power?Money? These countries already have that.

As long as these countries have their own currency, nobody will be able to force anyone to do anything.

Even if they do manage to get everyone chipped.....what is to stop the people that were chipped to trade among themselves using silver, gold, goods, food, etc?

Also,i'm pretty sure the NWO gang didn't want Trump to win the election and thus have all the power and guns. He's done a great job at getting the vets, the military and the people on his side.If the NWO gang tried something funny they'd be fucked.
I reckon it's the 1% who invented this casino so they could steal the last of our money and force us to become serfs using their 'New and improved electronic money' (that is non-existent of course), so they can empty our wallets at will.

We'll get an atm card that records everything, taxed at time of transaction and no accountability by the banks or Governments. No way around it as every department or corporate will only transact in e-money.

Hopefully the hackers get in and bring on the disappearance of debt and mortgages. (Mr. Robot!!)

"Debt forgiveness was also found in Ancient Athens, where in the 6th century BCE, the lawmaker Solon instituted a set of laws called seisachtheia, and which canceled all debts and retroactively canceled previous debts that had caused slavery and serfdom, freeing debt slaves and debt serfs."

We already have the NWO - The 1%. They control everything. Politicians are puppets of them and Corporates who don't pay tax and the criminal gangs who kill for them.
The 1% play war for fun and profit - competing like a chess game where the winner gets bragging rights. The days when a politician was honest and looked after people are long gone. Money is controlling the elite and we're just ants underfoot.

I still think it's going to increase, we haven't seen the apex yet.

The biggest weakness of Bitcoin is that the fees are getting too high. THe bitcoin miners are flooded with exchange requests and that's allowing for transaction fees to skyrocket, which makes the currency unusable if you're paying like 20% fees on every transaction.
Yes Grumble, I agree - soon we will have some kind of "Govcoin"so they don't even have to pretend there is some "real value" in the money - even if it's just a 'fraction'.
And believe me, if one country starts it and gets away with it, all the other greedy governments will follow! Why do you think none of the governments of the world clamped down on the current cryptos? They could make it illegal at Any time!
They are just quietly watching, monitoring and learning
Kudos Zajko - VERY well said Thanks !!:

Besides the absurd fees - there is also the AI and data collection aspects to consider, so get in quickly - make a bundle and then get out may just paint a target on such a user...who would not know until there's a bullseye scored on said target ?!?
All this having been said - I'll still take a pass on this - its never set right with me since it began.
I don't know -and don't care- if crypto currencies are going away any time soon..

But I do know that they are every pro trader's and broker's, wet dream.
Think about it..They are in essence currencies with the advantages of a derivatives contract (fractional trading).. without the need for margin!! And without any authority whatsoever to monitor the transactions.. or the price movements of any given instrument (currency) ....
I-N-S-A-N-E !!!
It is just too good (for any professional at least), to pass.
I started running some demo trades from coinmarketcap.com historical data I put into my Metastock (after many years of retirement). Just End-of-Day data, and my old mid-range indicators (30-45 days timeframe for the indicators).
The market is still virgin, the price movements are crazy, and for any experienced trader it's like shooting fish in a barrel.
Of course these characteristics are exactly what will make a lot of unexperienced traders lose A LOT of money. Like someone said above, currencies are a zero-sum game. Someone HAS to lose, and greed and selfishness feed the markets.

And that's why CBOE (the Biggest US Derivatives' Exchange) has announced the development of cryptocurrency futures, starting with bitcoin which has already started trading. And Options contracts will definitely follow.

So, until the sky falls on the crypto community, I will monitor and trade this.

I retired 5 months after 9/11 because I didn't want to do the job anymore. I was a derivatives broker at a big "house", and what I see now is just too good to pass. I guess, never say never :-) Especially if you know what you are doing.

Be safe everybody, and have a great new year!

Thank a lot aallaabbaammaa for your wise and experienced comment about crypto currencies.

Yes, for sure only the experienced traders will make money out of this insane market.

Do you have any recommandations about good books to learn to trade ?

Would you share / sell your experience applied to crypto currencies with VIP Bbhf members ?
