Keep Sharing the updates may be I will try to null it.
This theme calls in for demo and plugin files from their server which needs an activation code to install. So it is very hard to null. Nulled version available with wpnull.org is not working either.

I tried it on the latest version. It's not working. Better to purchase this theme.
It's work for install demo, but not work if you want to activate plugin or page template.
You need to manually upload plugin.
I will upload all plugin to mediafire.
Then after you activate all plugin, all content will load instantly.
But any setup not load perfectly like on Visual composer or slider revolution
but this nulled work.

Too bad, developers of publisher have made severe restrictions in place. Which is making it very hard to null. So it is better to opt for a different theme or buy it.
