Hey, signed up but some of the tools aren't working. Videoblocks, Junglescout, Terapeak, Storyblocks, Lynda etc.. they are not available to use :/

Couple of queries I got before I jump in..
1. Is this a shared account?
2. Are all tools listed in Banner image currently available?
3. You have a $1 trial. is this the same free trial period of 2 days?
FYI, I am still waiting on access to this. I signed up for the trial 5 days ago and haven't gotten a working Firefox portable. I've been sending PM's for support but the organizer is slow to respond and has not resolved the issue. Also, my Paypal has been billed for the monthly and I still have no access. I am trying to give him the benefit of the doubt before I have to open a Paypal dispute, but he still has not responded to my refund request.
Please refund my payment. Thank you.
