But a bit strange to understand when reading his salespage and the question"Why Am I Releasing This Swipe File?" (for the money perhaps? )

That doesn't answer his own question why he's releasing this Swipe File! takes time to do it correctly we all now that.. don't have the time it takes to do it right. Not for all of us... Might the reason be over saturated and to cash in a last time on something what's almost not profitabele anymore to spend any time on? English isn't my mother language but it seems I read well enough to understand and see the dept of some things.. Just as it happens in conversations sometimes, you ask a question and you'll receive on purpose an answer what's still vage just to try to switch the subject asap because of not wanting to tell the truth....
the reason he is selling his swipes is because he wants to continue making money obviously. he said he was an internet marketer. so he found a need(people who don't have time to do it all) and fulfilled it.

There is research I've seen quoted in one of Robert Cialdini's books -- not sure whether he conducted it -- where they discovered that giving a "because ..." statement when asking for something boosted compliance even if the "because" statement itself really made little sense. So JD -- who's been around a long time -- is probably fully aware of this as a conversion booster.
