OK copywriting aficionados, this is a classic written by a forgotten ad man from the 1940s. Bedell was a retail guy, as well as a direct mail guy. He’s the King of Short Copy. Applying lessons from these “old dead guy” books always takes some thought, but personally, I find Bedell's insights are really useful for writing Facebook ads.
Anyway, if you find value in works by Claude Hopkins, Robert Collier, Victor Schwab and those types, you’ll probably appreciate Clyde Bedell also. (Note: Paper copies of this book go for over $100 on Amazon).
