Well it depends: on you and on the book. If you are completly newbie with zero experience, then it shouldn´t take more than 30-60 minutes for a 100-200 pages book.

I don´t know yet of any of my inner members banned for this! However, no one can guarantee you not to happen, specially that Amazon is so "moody" that nobody really knows what will they do next.
